Report a translation problem
That is a strange problem. I also have Nemesis and it plays fine for me, plus I have the other 3 DLC's. It's a shot in the dark, but maybe verifying game cache will help. In your library, right click on the game and select properties. You'll get a few tabs. Click on Local Files then look for verifying integrity of game cache, then click on it. The process will take several minutes.
If that does not work rerun the chkdsk and get it to scan and attempt to recover bad sectors.
