Can't start Ghosts multiplayer

Been trying to play extinction but can't as when I click launch the game doesn't even open

I can launch Ghost Multiplayer from Steam. However, when I click on Extinction & go to play online (only option), I'm not getting the "fetching online profile" for several minutes, then error code, then crash.

What's weird is that I was playing it with my step-son just days ago on the same PC & using Steam.

Gaming is getting ridiculous as devs seem to be getting lazy. I played all of Days Gone only to get stuck on the last mission because the floor of the map inside of the mountain would not load. I tried over & over again & finally found out that you have to play in Windowed Mode instead of Fullscreen. Now that I beat the campaign, I can play in Fullscreen.
