first mission bug - possible to skip it?

Hey,
the "usual" bug hasnt been resolved as far as I can tell. The very first mission doesnt continue after running up the hill. There hasnt been a solution right?

My question is: is there a way to skip this mission in order to proceed with the rest of the game? Otherwise its completly unplayable just because the bug happens in the first 0,1% of the game....

I couldnt find a trainer/cheat either to skip to the next mission.
Any help would be nice!

Happening to me now too, can't walk up a hill. Insane. Another refund.

Actually I got to get it working by installing the game on an SD-Card with an SD-Card-Reader plugged in.
I got the idea by some solutions mentioning that the game should be installed on the native C:-drive but for me the solution was the other way around. All games are on C: but this time the SD-drive got it working :)
