Why all the hate? Incredible mission design - Ghosts 'Space Battle'
https://youtu.be/gCCZ42AOXlg

I think the level design and epic scope of just this first mission "Ghost Stories" is right up there with other memorable titles that didn't get a quarter of the hate this game gets. Why is that and why is this game so underated?

Odin makes completly no sense, cause it jsut shoots Rockets, what happen after its get empty?? Bring a new spaceshuttle with supplies up,after 6 Month?

Um, it doesn't shoot rockets at all. It's a real design that has been come up with but rejected. It shoots plain old metal rods. They decided it was not worth the fuel to get that much weight per shot into space. The idea is basically "Physics!" lol A lot of weight at terminal velocity would be a bunker buster.

Ooo, maybe still on the table: https://www.businessinsider.com/air-force-rods-from-god-kinetic-weapon-hit-with-nuclear-weapon-force-2017-9#:~:text=The%20%22rods%20from%20god%22%20idea,bunkers%20or%20secret%20underground%20sites.

The kinetic energy transfer upon impact would be so powerful you wouldn't need rockets to cause the type of devastation in the game - like Malak said, it's physics at its finest (or worst?). Let's hope this is never deployed or used in reality - it would be the start of WWIII and the beginning of the end for humans.

It would also be prohibitively expense, so much that it would bankrupt any nation state which tries to field it. Still, a remarkable concept which is portrayed incredibly well in this game / video.

specifically story mode aside (which i did enjoy, but wasn't my favourite imo) - played this game years ago back when it released on ps4. just coming here for nostalgia's sake. ghosts was a good cod. i don't get why it got so much hate as well. the girlfriend hooked up her old xbox 360 last night and booted up ghosts on it and we had tons of fun playing together, and me and the buddies used to love it. it never hit as hard as the modern warfare games, but as far as xbox one and ps4 cod-era games went - cod ghosts never really seemed to reflect the hate that everyone else seemed to give it.

however though the fact that this game is still 60 bucks cad is actually insane. they should drop it by 40 bucks, then in today's age it'd be worth the buy. again i love this game but i think the price is one of the biggest factors that continue to hurt this game's rep

yikes. $10 could be worse, but still for the oldest cods that seems quite steep. not sure which company is behind the pricing (i'd assume activision), but ♥♥♥♥ either they're greedy or don't give much of a damn. or both.

Seriously, they're greedy. After how many years post release, they still don't reduce the price??

I know, they should reduce price on Cod Ghosts by now too.
