Error I cant Play the Rest of this Cutscene
So I was playing COD: Ghost and got to the mission were the begginning cutscene shows the ghost and there "faces" and my game crashes saying Disk error "imagefile11" so I deleted that to see if the issue was fixes, and it wasn't and I got to Error "enemy hq" so I deleted it, and now I just am gonna redownload it to see if the issue is fixed, but incase it happens again. How would I fix the issue? It was on the 4th Mission

Make sure you have min 30 GB free space on sys-disc if it's ann SSD, more on a HDD.
Close steam and all other programs, not win prosesses.
Clean up sysdisc in windows disc cleaning.

Browse to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common and subfolder - Steamworks Shared and subfolder Vcredist; run Vcredist_x86.exe and ..._x64.exe.
Subfolder Directx and run Dxsetup.exe. Do as prompt and restart after repair/reinstall.

Start Steam: Verify integrety of locale files 2 times.
Start with SP, then both SP and MP will be done.
