The DLCs are for the people who already own the game.

At its current state, it needs patching in order to be playable, so it is justifiable for it to be removed from sales.

It should only be made available again once it becomes directly and fully playable from the get go.

It loads fine with GFWL, especially if updated to the newest version of it.

What needs to be patched? Why isn't it playable for you? My game works perfectly fine even playing with mods. I use my Xbox account the same one I use for Gamepass. It auto signs me in and launches the game as soon as I hit play.

What's the issue?
