My Steam key doesn't work

Probably should have said this way, way back when I actually got the game, but my Steam key was always taken by another account for some reason. I suppose there's no way to fix this now, is there?

Tried it. Steam says I've gotta go to Capcom instead and Capcom refuses to help.

If that doesn't work, it's time for the players to come together and do something! This is the second time I see a situation like this! the first was with some "Battlefield: Bad Company 2"

This abuse is unacceptable!

I am Brazilian, so my steam is in Portuguese, it may be that in your language is different, but the "idea" must be the same!

The Authenticator on phone failed and now I gotta wait a few hours before retrying. Guess I'll be able to give you an answer tomorrow.

So... update on this... I can't log into my old account anymore(because the E-mail address doesn't exist anymore, nor was my key redeemed on said account), and I can't make a new account(won't let me log in using the Xbox account thing either), so I can't even get to the Key part anymore. I'm pretty much screwed.

My product key is bogus now too. This is why games need to stop using Games for Windows Live and port over to Steamworks.
