Can't register. Invalid password format??

Hi,

I bought this game from Humble Bundle and still haven't been able to play this. I am trying to register and it keeps saying invalid password format. I am using 8-16 characters and nothing special to the password, but it doesn't work. Please help.

You just have numbers and letters in your password correct?

Hi Keyvias, ya. It was a very basic password with only letters and numbers, no special characters within the character count requirement. I got it to work with a different password, but have no idea why the original password didn't work.
