We will definitely contact them, but it sounds like their system is acting up again. They've had a lot of non-copyrighted music get blocked on Twitch, but we'll do our best to help you get your audio back.
What is your twitch info (stream name and time of video)
Please also send them an email to let them know exactly who you are and whats happening.
I deleted my saved video but when I play again i'll link the video. My twitch is FAICEBOOK.
Thanks!
It doesn't check for sound or music that IS copyrighted, or that copyright holders have chosen to enforce. It checks for anything that fits the site's ambiguous "guidelines" for what MIGHT be copyrighted. Some open-license stuff that sounds similar enough to the style of a recorded track has a risk of being blocked because of the completely ridiculous system being used. Twitch's own official content has been blocked multiple times by the system. I know of several copyright holders who have contacted Twitch and requested that their content NOT be blocked and are having issues trying to make it happen because of the utterly failtastic nature of the system.
Might be a better option to search Twitch for videos where the sound has been removed and complain if you know it isn't a legitimate copyright issue (which fair use laws cover when it comes to lets plays of games that use the in-game music).
