@Draft Helmet and BlackenedPies, I do something similar. I usually spawn a couple of dummies, mark one as the target and let the ai man all the guns (F2). Some turning quickly shows, if I have overlapping arcs and how large those are.
While it works ok, it's kinda tedious. Especially if I have multiple options for a new build, I rly don't want to fire up like half a dozen practice matches only to see which candidates works and which don't. This way of doing things is also just a pretty rough form of eyeballing. Comparing your options like that isn't exactly precise.
No Alliance support yet since the new guns aren't finalized and data is hard to come by, but, yes, eventually I'll add Alliance-specific weapons.
