if you read the file it says you can only drink 3ml a day or else you overdose, in-game you can only drink the whole bottle so there is no way of drinking it and not die
you can drink it and use a pill of scp-500 after a while and that will save you though, but i am not sure if you keep the enhanced stamina after taking the pill, i havent tried because the super gas mask does the same thing but you dont die, so i dont bother picking 207
