The voices, mainly the Joker

I don't mind the Roger Craig smith playing Batman's voice. Seeing as how in Batman: Arkham Origins It's a younger batman. understandable to have a notable voice.

But the Joker? No. Mark Hamill IS the Joker. You can't mix that up. Troy Baker is just awful. GOD awful.

His role needs to stray away from the Joker. He was good as Booker-Dewiit and Joel of Last of Us. He did a DAMN good job. But you can definitely hear Troy trying his hardest to do a Mark Hamill Joker voice. It's "in there" but it just doesn't feel natural. sounds too forced.

Did we heard the same Troy Baker? Guy makes the best Hamill's impression of Joker's voice i ever heard from anybody. At first i even thought it was Luke himself. This voice works great for me and for B-man mythos now. We'll se how it will work on 25th september. When you see how many great Jokers are there like John DiMaggio with his amazing "psycho grandpa" voice i think that Baker's "Half Hammil, Half Even Crazier Joker" style may fit perfectly in that elite circle of Jokerness :)

Hell Christian Bales Batman was horrid but Heath Ledgers Joker was great (voice wise). Bale sounded like, as HISHE Superman said, gargling marbles. But Kevin Conroy has the prefect Batman voice and while I have heard other good ones, Kevin/Mark define them.

But we shall have to get used to it as soon they will no longer be able to do their voices.

Christian Bale? We are talking about the game voices right now. Not the movie. Yes, I know Mark Hamill is done with the voice. It's called an opinion. MY ears do not like Troy Baker. Does that mean Troy is going to go "Oh well I guess I might as well not do the voice since This guy doesn't like it"? No. It means I personally don't like it "as of now". Maybe It'll grow on me? Maybe it won't. All I'm saying is I grew up on Mark Hamill. Dude is like one of the kings of my childhood when it comes to shows and games. If I see the Jokers face and it doesn't sound like Mark Hamill, I instinctively respond negatively. Could it be because i'm fannytroubled? Maybe. When I saw the gameplay and heard Troy Bakers Hamill voice I CRINGED so hard. It felt so forced to me. Maybe it's just that scene, I don't know. as I said in my post "It's in there."

I grew up on Hamill too. I will miss his crazy Joker voice.

But the guy has to do it in Hamills style as it is supposed to be linked to the other games.

Also I was pointing out Bales voice, not the way he played. I wish that the new movies used Conroy to voice over Bale instead. I have heard a ton of Batmans and Jokers and Conroy/Hamill are pretty much the best of them and will be the style emulated for years to come.

Still the game will probably be good. We will just remember Hamills voice as being the best.
