1 vs 100 mode

I am loving this mode, but one thing about it really annoys me about it....I am getting close to beating it, but the game doesn't keep a record of how well I have done so far, or even notify me of my final score after a round. It just says 'You failed' or whatever then 'retry' or 'quit' and that's it.

It would be nice if there was a screen that came up and told you where you had gotten to. The fight is so intense and your score disappears so fast at the end that I normally miss my final tally...It's fairly demotivating, even though I am consistently getting into the 80's and 90's.

It's freaking addictive trying to beat it though!

I'd appreciate it if in an update you could include a screen that told you how well you had done after a round.

Also, just want to add that as a long time Batman comic fan, I really appreciate the game that you have made. Don't take the negative criticism on board, they are unreasonable reviewers, plain and simple.

This is a bit shocking to me, what do you mean you can't beat it? It's just a single challenge map.

As long as you maintain your combo it shouldn't be a problem.

The problem is maintaining your combo. Towards the end there's a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of armored thugs mixed with some martial artists and ninjas. It's difficult to not accidently throw a normal punch at one of the armored dudes and drop your combo.

Btw I did this map earlier and got stuck on 99/100. I'm not saying that I failed at 99 but that there were no more enemies after 99. I just stood there, ran around the arena a bit and after a while I tried to pull down some random thug from the crowd but it didn't work so I had to quit :(

You have it from the start, it's one of the maps you got with Deathstroke. It's on ranked maps then downloaded maps.

As the person before me said, it's a challenge map that's there from the beginning. You either access it from the main menu where it says 'continue story' (bottom option 'challenge mode'), or from the training console in the bat cave.

On the challenge maps, it's under downloaded maps. You get there by pressing the shoulder triggers.

As for the difficulty. I think once I have unlocked all the gadgets, counters etc. it will be no problem...My problem is that I went in and tried it from the start.

To the person saying to maintain the combo for all 100 people...Sure, why don't you upload a video of you doing that and show us how...I'm sure we would all like to see a 1000 combo run... ;)

If you insist but if you're honestly not joking about having trouble keep in mind that you can literally jump away/over every single attacking enemy in the game.

It's trivial. In combination with takedown combos every 5/8 hits you can deal with every enemy easily.

Have you actually tried the 1 vs 100 challenge map? If so, did you complete it with all the gadgets and counters or without them? It's nothing like the other challenge maps. It's relentless for about 15 minutes.

92 is my best so far after getting the shock gloves. The ninjas and shielded people make the end difficult without the shield counter. The highest unbroken combo I can get is about 120 which I figured was pretty good, but apparently you are some kind of whizzkid, so show us how it is done! ;)

As for your combos it will get ALOT easier once you have disarm and destroy, you should be using it every chance you get to minimise what you have to deal with.

Yeah it's awesome. I've only played it with Deathstroke so far, he's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ great. I have all combat upgrades already, the reason I drop combos is that I accidently hit armored thugs with normal strikes. I'm having no problem completing the map, getting a good score however... :P

Video coming now but for some reason it decided to bug out and stop at 98 out of 100. Maybe I killed them too quickly? Frustrating my score won't count but admittedly in my rush to get this to you I did lose my combo once.

Hahaha you had 3 medals at 41/100 xD Nice one.

I didn't take them out at anywhere close to that speed. Had plenty of them at the end but still didn't spawn all 100 so definetely has nothing to do with that.

Just keep in mind that every single enemy in the game can be avoided with a quick jump out of the way and you should be good. They key to a high score is a high combo since all your moves are worth more that way.

Hope they sort this out so I can try out the leaderboards.
