Stuck at Penguin's boat

How do I find this Penguin office or theater after the fight with electrocutioner and other bandits?

I have found that I can either go back (but can't exit the location), or I can go upstairs from the arena and go into some kind of a tunnel, at the end of it there is Riddler's hidden stuff.

go to the casino - hack the security panle(right side bottom there is a vent) - thugs will open a hidden door to get to you - get to the office of whats her face - go to the theater, save hostage - enter the door in the hallway - face peng - fight boss - if doors are locked dont move anywhere simply restart!

Ok, so when you're standing at the middle of arena after defeating the boss, and by looking at the map you see, that the place where you need to go is located on top of the airplane. But how do I get on it? There is no option to grapple.

You don't go in that way - i.e. ignore where the green marker on the map is. You need to go basically East then North towars the top of the map and another way will open up.
