Last case file location?

I've completed every marking on the map but there's only 8/9 case files. Am I missing one or is this a bug? I was able to complete the 20 Blackgate Prisoners already. Where is this super secret case file I don't know about?

Ah, thank you. It seems I'm missing Burnley Hit and Run but I remember doing that already... It was a car that swerved off into some lower space correct?

I have the same problem expect its the dixon docks shooting with the reporter there must be a glitch where it dosen't save progress on a case file i reckon. I know i did the case even got the achievement saying i got all casefiles done go figure

im missing dixon docks too; I also am sure I did it, does this prevent me from getting the call of the 20 escapees so i can get the last wanted?

yeah i lost Helicopter Crash and i am 100% sure i did it be nice if they would fix it so i can either redo it or already have it done :/
