Gotham Protector challenge 15 [SOLVED]

The challenge is to complete 9 crimes in progress in each district but i'm stuck at 8, I can't find anymore the only place I haven't gotten one was on pioneer bridge which none spawn. Is anyone else having a problem with this.

EDIT: Finished this a long time ago, but as people have figured out. Completing a crime in progress in any district after a couple of main missions will beat the challenge.

Think it's bugged, been trying to do that one myself for 3 hours now.

my missing one was diamond district (although I'm pretty sure that I had a crime here),... and there was also no spawning at pioneer bridge.

Yeah someone else on gamefaqs said they repeated a district and it cleared but I haven't had any luck yet.

Okay I just got it for reapeating one after a little progression through the story in the Burnley District. Hope this helps.

I do remember doing a crime on the bridge earlier in my playthrough. Atm, I'm stuck at 8/9 for the rank 15 Protector challenge and I'm flying up and down the bridge waiting for that call...

I couldnt get any to spawn my advice would be to do some story mission and complete one in a district you already did. It worked for me but I don't no what your outcome will be.

In the diamond district, it's next to pioneer bridge to the right

this rank is bugged. It is possible to get it to activate without completing crimes in progress in all districts after it is unlocked. It is possible it counts some crimes before it is unlocked

For Bridge you need to go to building just above "Coventry" name on map. Should trigger crime in progress which isn't on Pioneer's Bridge but counts for it.

This with 2 "Soder Cola" signs on roof. In Diamond District.

As someone above mentioned, you can use a CIP in Sheldon Park to complete the Pioneer Bridge CIP. The proviso is that you MUST finish the last thug in the area close to the bridge for it to trigger. It's worked for me a couple of times now.

The thugs won't stay there, they keep going back to the Park, so you have to get them to chase you over, ensuring you don't finish them off in the Park area. Check the map, you can easily see the area required.

What can you expect from a bunch of incompetent developers. I have done it in 3 other districts, in a shorter amount of time, i have been on the bridge
