Batman™: Arkham Origins

Batman™: Arkham Origins

Benchmarking results thread
Let's get a benchmarking thread going so we can see how this game runs for everyone and what hardware they have!

How to run the benchmark
Launch the game and go into the options menu, the benchmark will be located at the bottom.

Benchmark settings and consistency
To retain consistency in benchmark results so we know exactly how hardware is running use these settings prior to running it.

You must change to them, exit the game and then launch it again, if you can't run at 1080p due to a 16:10 monitor or something just run it at 1920x1200, it's close enough.

Hardware and results
2600k @ 4.4ghz
(2x) AMD HD 6870's in CrossfireX
8gb 1600mhz dual channel Corsair

Please tell me you don't actually play games in 1080p with those cards.... If so that is the biggest waste of money I have ever seen.
Nya`, could you edit the OP about how to run the benchmark? It now works like how Batman Arkham City's benchmark tool worked.

Anyway, I'll get a benchmark of the same settings as you have sometime later.

Maybe he's getting a new $3500 3840x2160 4kUHD PC monitor for Christmas. (Not everyone can afford to put enough money into a single monitor to purchase two fully-loaded gaming rigs! :-P Of course, if you can afford 2x780tis then you're well on your way.)

He could also be currently working on the build, When I rebuild I dont splurge and get everything at once, how many people actually have the money for that? I buy a part here and there.

For example, I just purchased a GTX 780 and a new SSD, yet my processor and mobo(p55/i5-760 oc'ed to 4ghz) probably wont get replaced for at least a few months. normally i would have gotten the mobo/cpu first, but i got a really great deal on those items.

and when they post that in a public forum then people can say whatever they want about it too.
Yes i am gaming at 1080p and even at 1080p one 780 ti wont play many games at full settings with 60fps thats why i have two.
Just some of the games, Metro Last Light, Arma3, Assassin's Creed Black Flag, Company of Heroes 2, TW Rome 2, Crysis 3, Even a heavily modded skyrim.

That's actually kind of surprising.

unless you cranking the AA then yes a 780 ti will play those games at 60 fps at just 1080. in fact even the fastest cpu out there is not going to let 780 ti sli get fully utilized. hell my 2500k at 4.4 cant even maintain 60 fps in few cases.

You know this from first hand experience? do you have a 780 ti or a pair?.
I can assure you this is the case.

um did you read what I said? UNLESS you are cranking crazy AA levels then yes a single 780 ti can most certainly max those games out at 1080. I have the ability to read reviews and i also know how my own personal cards perform at 1920x1080. for example my 770 can run Crysis 3 on all very high settings with SMAA and gets about 50-60 fps.

Yeah I am looking at reviews too and what you're saying seems to be for the most part spot on, I mean some are around the 60 FPS threshold but mostly above it.

I can understand getting a second one but not for 1080p, maybe for 2k, 4k or a triple monitor setup, but certainly not for 1080p...

yeah and problem is so many reviews crank every single setting including max AA. if you look at those reviews then it appears nothing but the highest cards can even play demaning games at all which silly. sometimes just lower the type of AA or another setting can double the framerate.
