Ok so.. Im stuck throwing baterangs at balloons.. and that's all I seem to be able to do here..

Step on the pressure plate, and the balloons should light up in the order you need to hit them in.

Oh if it's the fence with electric running out of it, you need to use a remote control batarang

You see the lights underneath the baloons? They light up in the order you are supposed to pop them.
