Troy baker as the Joker? Thoughts?

Great job, reminded me of when Mark Hamill started out in Batman Animated Adventures. Bit darker though, which kinda fit the character. For some reason this Joker was a bit more... ummm... scary?

Totally agree with you, he was way more violent than he was in the previous batman games.

I thought he was great. It's a shame everyone who ever plays the Joker will always be told they're not as good as Mark Hamill though - like John DiMaggio in Under The Red Hood.

Whe you first meet him, he sounds a bit off, but throughout the game he gets better and better. Just shows what a fantastic voice-actor Troy Baker is

If you go back to the beginning of the game and listen to him as Black Mask in Blackgate you can really tell how great he is.

I especially enjoyed the audio logs you unlock of Joker around the time he first starts pretending.

Agreed, he did a great Joker (DiMaggio and Baker both).

Black Mask ain't voiced by Troy, his voice actor is Bryan Bloom

Better get used to Troy Baker because Hamill is all but retired from the roll. I wouldn't expect to see him back in any Arkham games. I suspect Troy will play Joker in Arkham4

I found his Joker voice to be rather... inconsistent. Specifically when you fail/die, and he goes on about needing to find a new playtoy or something. I got incredibly excited when he did a joker monologue during a youtube video, but in the game? Good, but could have been better.

Roman Sionis maybe, but you can tell it's Baker near the beginning. SPOILER: joker is black mask until he's revealed.
