Bugged Park Row Datapack? SOLVED!

So it seems as though what I originally thought was a bug was actually just bad waypoint placement - the datapack I was being pointed towards in the images below is actually underground in the sewers on the way to Bane's Field HQ - thank you very much to Mayhem Effect for pointing this out.

I've gone around the building several times to no avail - does anyone have any idea if this is bugged or am I just blind?

Any help would be appreciated.

Same, there are also few Datapacks that are way too high to reach, even with grappling and stuff :(

You're supposed to go to higher buildings and glide to them. At least that's what i've done.

This is the last datapack I have to collect keeping me from finishing the Enigma case. Guess I'll just start New Game+ while I wait for it to be patched.

Is that the one where you're supposed to hit the hit the switches on the sides of the buildings? If so, I can't get it to work either.

You have to start on the building, fly into the one on the wall then onto the floor iirc. Without touching anything else.

My problem specifically is that I've already collected that datapack - but the map is still saying I have one to collect here and it's keeping me from progressing. I hope they roll out some fixes this week.

Yeah that's the one I was thinking of. Only it doesn't work. There were a bunch like that in Arkham City, so I'm pretty sure I'm doing it right, but when I hit the last switch, it gives me the "fail" sound. If I'm doing it wrong, I can't figure out how.

That certainly sounds odd, are you definitely hitting all three panels without touching anything else? Here's the datapack in question opened and collected;

Well that sucks. Guess you're still in the same boat as me then - unable to progress the Enigma storyline until they patch it. I sure hope my problem is a patchable problem and I don't have to start over from scratch though.

Weirdest thing. My game crashed and when I restarted, I was finally able to get that one, but not before taking out the nearby data handler and discovering that there are apparently TWO datapacks near that location. They're right next to each other on the map. When I got the one we've been discussing, the icon disappeared. I'm currently looking for the other one, but it's not looking good. Maybe it's underground?

I believe the datapack is inside the booth atop the building, but some level designer must've screwed up and placed an unbreakable wall instead of a breakable one at the entrance.

Nope. I found out where it is, but I can't get there yet. You have to go through the sewer access door where you track Bane.

[Mayhem Effect]

There is one datapack underground in the park row area. You pass by it when going to Bane's HQ.

You need to use the remote claw to access that one.
