reminds me the movie predator where the alien had the fancy tech thing on his arm.
You'll also notice that - on the side that's 'bigger' - his chest and thigh are also increased in size. It's just the way the camera moves around the character model, is all, it's nothing to do with incorrect sizing or scaling of parts.
Doesn't make any sense that one arm would be more muscular than the other if he is.
Alpha Protocol did it pretty well.
The main character was left handed, and his left arm was bigger and had more muscle definition than his right.
