Industrial District comm tower. Anyone having problem with this?
Already destory the terminal, but the door still electrified.

There are several guides/walkthroughs out that are helpful for this tower here is one I could find quickly that has screenshots: http://www.gosunoob.com/arkham-origins/unlock-industrial-district-comms-tower/. Once you destroy both green-panel terminals & eliminate the mobs then you should simply open the tower door and hack the panel. There are other destroy-able terminals located around Gotham that may throw you off a bit but the guide mentions the ones related to this specific tower.
