I pre ordered payday 2 and I was able to install it right away. I was not able to play it until the release date but I was able to intsall it. I thought it was the same here.

I was about to get really irritated but now I realize why you asked....although the text is so big, bold, green, and because it's in a green box missing it is just incredibly ridiculous. But so many people have. smh

you can install all steam games 1 day ealier than the 'release' date (what i have heard from peoples...)

you probly were able to install it because who ever did pre-order got acess to the beta.

I agree that we may be able to. But again we can't know for sure unless it happens. I'm just saying don't give people the false hope anyway. I'm sure they think the same thing...but what you said sounded more like a promise.
