Anarchy bomb #3- its gone?! GLITCH

So i was on the GCPD mission and had to infiltrate it from the roof but i decided to do the Anarchy bomb #3 first. After speaking to the anarchy henchman the bomb location is right on top of the gcpd building which is full of armed gaurds. I quit the game knowing i wouldnt finish in time, reloaded and completed the gcpd. I went back to the bomb mission and when i try to make it my active quest it says- diffuse the bomb and shows the location on the gcpd roof. When i close the map there is no marker for it, i just get the main quest objective marker and no sign of any bomb. I think I'm screwed on this mission thanks to the never-ending glitches. Any advice?

the third bomb is not on the roof. it's behind the GCPD building, ground level.

I checked behind the building on the ground. I looked everywhere and its gone. I remember where it was when i first tried it and there is no bomb. I also dont see how i can properly complete the mission when no timer or enemies show up.

did you talk to the anarky-dude? you have to re-do that part for the quest and timer to become active again.

I can't talk to the anarchy dude. When i select the mission, under objectives it says diffuse the bomb, not talk to the guy. When i try to make it my active quest the location on the map moves to behind the gcpd building where the bomb should be and when i close the map to start heading over there my active quest immediately goes back to the main mision which is currently getting into the sewers.

If you're stuck at 71% progress with Anarchy because you've completed the mission #3 but the game is not pointing to the courtroom (but instead keeps showing the position of the third bomb) just simply look again for the third anarkyst supporter on the roof of a building of COVENTRY DISTRICT (where you find it for the first time). The real problem is that his position is no more shown on the map and YOU HAVE TO SEARCH FOR IT ON YOUR OWN. Once you've found it, speak to him again and the mission should resart, giving you another opportunity to defuse the bomb and unlocking the courtroom for the final confrontation with anarch

This doesn't work for me.

I killed all but one of the henchmen(I left one alive on accident) and defused the bomb then Anarky called me. In the middle of the call the henchmen punched me and interrupted the call and the objective didn't resolve.

I'm now stuck at 71% and have the same issue you do but the henchmen isn't on the original building.
