stuck in GCPD telecom room
so i beat the game and was collecting some of the ridler things and when i went to back track thru to get out i found myself stuck in the GCPD telecom room. you have to take a giant elevator to get down but when i went back to the room the elevator was reset back to the top. now i cant get out. please help

Go back the other way, there's another exit which doesn't appear on the map. Some sewer ladder as I recall.

Gotta keep going through, there's an exit in the sewers.
It's back the way that you got into the morgue from.
