Most Wanted 7th tab, not unlocking?

I read I have to do all GCPD cases, 9 of them to unlock, so I finished them. Still 7th most wanted tab is locked..or there is other way to unlock it?

Yea main story is done 100%, casefiles 9 out of 9 and most wanted missions 6 out of 9.

I did Shiva mission, and she is 8th tho.

Yep, but how do I unlock them?

Same issue here, casefiles are 100% as is the story, but I can't unlock this nor am I able to get the Bird gang fight to spawn.

Well you said you had problems getting the Bird gang fight to spawn. The guy I quoted asked about getting the blackgate prisoners mission.

I unlocked the Blackgate Prisoners Most Wanted mission after beating the game. After the credits roll it drops you back into the city so you can do whatever else you haven't yet (datapacks, sidemissions, etc.)
After I did a few datapacks I needed and was just generally Batman'ing it up, Gordon came over the comm system and asked for my help in rounding up prisoners.

Solved- you have to finish the game and complete all the detective mission side cases!(with the new deective mode)
