Should I buy the Arkham Trilogy?

I've seen the Arkham Trilogy for £25 but I'm a bit skint at the moment and I'm not sure if I should buy it. I've played through Asylum three times on 360 and got 100% so I probably won't be going back to it. Played through Arkham City once (I wouldn't mind playing through again though).I haven't played Origins yet.

Thing is I wasn't planning to buy Origins at all, but this deal is tempting. I'm torn. I'm really torn. Is Origins worth my time or will I be disappointed? 78% on metacritic makes me think it might be the latter. There seems to be some poor feedback on here too.

Should I click that buy button? Yay or nay?

Yes. Arkham Origins is a very worthy part of the franchise, even though its the weakest. If you really loved the other Arkham games you will not regret it.

It is worth it... I've gotten back to playing AO (waiting on a few bug fixes) and I must say that they've make great improvements/fixes from release day. It's been fun! However, there are still a few minor tweaks that could made to AO to make it more enjoyable but, I still find it to be a great game.

I just hit a bunch more bugs last night. It just keeps going downhill. While freeroaming around the city, I encountered a bunch of goons near the Hat Shop and they just stood there when I approached, didn't attack me. So, I socked the closest one and got a one-punch insta-KO on him, and the others "woke up". Not too bad.

Then, on a nearby rooftop, another guy just stood there when I jumped up onto the roof with him and I noticed something strange...a head of another guy just behind him, floating in the floor (roof) of the building!!! I punched the first guy and he woke up just fine, even took a few hits to go down, but then the other "head in the floor" guy just stayed where he was. He was going through his idle motions, looking around. Tried everything to take him out: explosive gel, running/sliding, grappling hook, concussion detonator...finally, a batarang ko'd him.

Guess I'm not going to get that one bug-free playthru I've been looking for. Still, it's worth it.

Here's another random guy's twisted up body shoved into the street. I get these every so often. Not sure why.

Million bugs? What kind of bugs are you talking about? I've only encountered a few bugs, and only 1 game breaking bug that was back during the first week of release, and it was fixed. I barely see any bugs, even with some it doesn't break the game and make it worth anything less. What are you experiencing that would make it not worth buying??

I had the creepy Resurrection Bug last night. It was in Gotham Merchants Bank, the first time, against Black Mask/you-know-who. I took down the last gun-toting goon, and it goes into slow-mo like it always does, and while I'm waiting for the animation to end...the guy gets back up while I'm still waiting for Batman to finish his move, and the guy's got a weird distorted mess of a gun in his hands. He just rises up like some cheesy b-movie horror and stands up right in front of me then walks off. After I regain my composure, I follow him while he goes about making his rounds, and then I get the Interrogate prompt onscreen finally. It was just...freaky.

Not nearly as awesome as the guy who had TWO sets of goons, with one (the first set) doing that slow-resurrection thing and then going on patrol. :-) Devilish.

gliding problems, player going up and down like crazy until you dive bomb or something. before update lacey towers not showing, crock keeps on vanishing at the first fight with updates. You can tell that rocksteady are not involved anymore, and the sounds during fights and voices from joker (quite ruined), batman (let's say ok)... they rushed into it too much

yeah decent offer for 20 dollars, as one of the olders ones is worth that, new one is definitely not

another game crashing bug
deathstroke vanished as I was trying to get the point counter point achievement (quite difficult)
lastest updates installed
unlike crock flashing... he just vanished... houdini (this happened to me 3 times since i have first installed the game)

and the way the camera has a mind of its own, moving about, cost me a few hits on the deathstroke fight and problems moving about on the firefly fight

it is a shame, they had something great and altered it like this
let's take into account it's almost 2 months since the date it was launched, and many updates came and it still "crashes"
