Enigma Datapack Issue

I have completed the story once on normal play threw and compelted 90% of the Enigma Datapack collection but there are 4 in the industrial area that I did get but the game thinks I didnt and they are still on the map plus the Bowery tower still says to disable the jamming signal on the map again I've allready done it, and in my new game plus Ive disabled all the towers but none of the remaining datapacks I have left from original game show up on the map in NGP, any fixes for this so i can complete enigmas most wanted?

If you did down into the Enigma Most Wanted screen, you can see exactly what data packs you need, assuming you interrogated the proper henchman. Are you sure they're not hidden in a building?

I'm having the problem too I have 99% on normal play but I looked at the stats and for normal play and new game plus the both show 99% each. My thought is what if go thourgh new game plus take down the towers make my way too the only data pack i have left could that be what i need to do?

It's ok now got enigma's stuff completed, even thought they show on the map as not cleaered but you know you collected them they still count to his Most wanted percentage

Yea had the same problem, spent hours looking for them till I google'd it and found out there were bugged.

Ok I was worried that I just wouldn't be able to complete it and would have to start a new save. Still though plz fix this bug guys, wtf.
