Infinite Loading Screens -.-

The game fails to continue every time after I hit a loading screen. These screens include fast-travel screens and any other screen with a rotating bat symbol in the bottom right corner. In order to continue the singleplayer game it is required to Alt+Tab out of the game for a few seconds.

Any ideas or fixes?

I've just encountered this problem but for the first time (about 25% of the way through the campaign)

I think I figured it out. It works for my computer. I'm not sure if it work for everyone else, but all I did was open the thing to where you can click the task manager. Instead of clicking it, I hit cancel. It took me back to the game and it just said resume, so I think it works.
