Did they fix Worst Nightmare...?

I have been googling this to no avail... the dev said they were going to fix Worst Nightmare so you can complete the challenges after the main story, in challenges. Did they fix this? Has anyone actually confirmed that it is fixed?

Like I said, a lot of people talked about how it was GOING TO happen but nobody said that it did... You can google "worst nightmare patch after story" or something like that, it was tossed about a lot.

I checked around, and as far as I can see, it was something people requested, and WB Montreal said they would look into it and see if it's possible. They never guaranteed it was gonna happen.
Still, by now if you haven't figured it out, the game does give you an opportunity to complete the challenges: If you missed the chance in your first playthrough, there's still New Game Plus and I Am The Night. And even if you miss those, well, you can die in I Am The Night to reset your story progress in that mode.
Now I am not saying this is a wise decision, since the whole Dark Knight challenge system is pretty ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up, but this will have to make do.

It can, probably not on your first playthrough. It depends on where one left off. It's a shame the game was laid out in the fashion of a continuous challenge map, but it can be beaten with experience even in a first-run Easy level game with no retakes. I've done it several times myself, looking for workarounds for new players. One of the Worst Nightmare requirements, Rank 15, can be finished after the main story.

Read through the mini-guide carefully and you'll see there's a little sequential trick built into the game after WN Ranks 09 and 10. That will help players progress more quickly. After a few more alterations, I may post it as a guide on the forum as time allows.

Yup! You are right!
I know that some of challenges can be beaten not in predator rooms! 15-th I've done on a Penguin's ship. But I mean that mostly you need to do them in predator encounters during the main story. Especially 6-th rank. It can't be beaten through challenge maps.

That is so true about the predator rooms. I wish WBM had built in multi-redundant environment items (weak walls, overhead ledges, propane tanks, etc) in successive predator rooms so if you missed the first predator opportunity, the very next predator encounter could be the winner.
