To answer your question, the answer is yes and no....I say that because I did use my PS4 controller flawlessly, however you are still emulating the Xbox 360 controller. But there is now a driver out for the PS4 Dualshock 4 and I actually prefer the feel of the PS4 controller now over the Xbox 360 controller.
Grab your driver and tool here: http://forums.pcsx2.net/Thread-DS4-To-XInput-Wrapper
You may also need to install the Microsoft Xbox 360 driver too in case you don't already have it. I hope this helps, but I think you will find it works fantastically. But just keep in mind the buttons are still emulating that of the 360 controller so for example when you are attacking with "X" it is "Square." When you are counter-attacking/avoiding enemies attacks and the screen says to press "Y" obviously you would press "Triangle." Just a minor annoyance but easily becomes muscle memory and you quickly don't even really notice that after a while. The rest of the buttons are all in the same location and function just as they would on any other controller, just PS4 controller buttons instead obviously.
I played the entire Arkham Origins game on my PS4 controller and loved it. Enjoy!
