I have been able to get into the roof acces with explosive gel and got to the clock room with the jammer. I am unable to disable jammer to hack open the door. The distributor locks on but I can not fire!

Be sure to press and hold down the left mouse button if you're on keyboard, or both left and right triggers on XBox controller until disruption completes. If that fails, from the game Library, right-click Properties, then Updates to allow auto-updates. While you have that window open, click Local Files and Verify Integrity of Game Cache. This was patched a while ago.

Ah just checked, my game just wasn't patched. It works now. Thanks for your help and for being so clear with your instructions!
