"Paint the Town Red" and"Breaking The Ice" Achievements Glitched

i have melted all 20 frozen cops
i am showing 20/20 and UNLOCKED in my in-game menu
but i did not get the Steam Achievement to pop
this happen to anyone else?

Nope. I melted them all and it popped fine for me, and I'd had that My Alibi glitch before I restarted.

did you get all 20 during the main game ?
i had 17 during the main story and 3 after i finished the game
i wonder if thats the reason i didnt get the achievement to pop?

Could be. Mine popped when I got all 20 before the finale.

No I went back to one I'd missed after i'd finished off Freeze and still got it. Only thing I finished before him was the Anarchy riots and the bomb.

just now found all 12 Activist symbols
again..no Achievement popped
i had 9 while "in game"
and i found the other 3 after the game
in my screenshots you can see 12/12-UNLOCKED
i also did not receive any of the weapon upgrades after hitting 20/20 and 12/12

both Achievements must be bugged

The only time I've heard of achievements not popping like that is if you dont have in internet connection

These are in DLC
i replayed the DLC over and got 20/20 and 12/12 WHILE STILL IN THE DLC STORY
both popped this time
for some..the achievements will only pop if you get them during the DLC story

I think they are glitched i got 12 anarky tags achievment Paint town in red 12/12 i have unfreezed all civilians from ice 20/20 but achievment doesn't pop out.I don't know what the problem is?!

Paint the Town Red does not want to pop for me. Second time playing through DLC, the other two collectibles worked fine both times. 12/12 tags in both games, 1st time after defeating Freeze, 2nd time while still in story. Map says "unlocked" but no Steam achievement and no upgrade notification.

I have the same problem both achievements haven't pop up for me.

... dammit, I just beat Freeze then went back to do the other stuff. Nothing popped.

Do I have to go through the DLC again?

No need to restart, simply retrace your steps. Cold Cold Heart allows post-game freeroam. Did you miss the epilogue conversation between Batman and Alfred?
