Game breaking Cold, Cold Heart glitch?

Experienced this once I went to Penguin's club. Restarting from checkpoint or even completing quiting game and loading back up lead to a different gamebreaking glitch (link in video description for that glitch).

Anyone else experienced this?

I just ran into this bug about 2 minutes ago. It happened as soon as I entered the room to interrogate the goon...I'm hoping some one is willing to share a save or something. I don't want to restart from the beginning I'm stuck in a falling animation

That happened to me as soon as I restarted from checkpoint. I go a link ot that video in the description of the one I posted.

I experienced this exact same glitch as Golden Gonzo had in the video, reloaded the game to see if it would get rid of it. When the game reloaded it started with the infinite falling glitch. I would assume the 2 glitches are related.
