Cold , Cold Heart Grapple issue

second part from gotham after the retriving thew codes for the secuirty i cant use the grapple to go up to the ledge did i miss something ?

Instead of going up over the ledge - assuming you're talking about the return to the Gothcorp lobby - try crawling through the vents to take out the nearby goons.

Restarting last checkpoint / re-launching the game / deleting 1 file then validating the files cache does not work

What are you talking about? Issue is the ones affected by this glitch cannot grapple their way up to the first guard you encounter when you enter GothCorp, thus there is no way to continue with the DLC, we are stuck on the objective, which is "Access the GothCorp secured areas".

i just ran into the bug. as soon as i grappled up there i froze then the game crashed

Great, and I was bloody enjoying the DLC up until this point, but I have just read about the other bugs, apparently infinite falling into terrain on one of the missions being one of them.

good news , start all over again ! worked for me and didn't crash

This DLC is low enough quality as it is, I have gone through enough crashes and ♥♥♥♥ to get here, I won't start a new game to avoid WBM mess anymore.
This is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ disgusting, not even half an hour in and so many bugs already, every one of them a game stopper.

I think he's suggesting that going through the vents may avoid whatever is triggering the bug in the first place.

A possible work around is to carefully glide to the ledge just under the sign then climb up. May take a few tries.

It's nice to know you have a game stopping glitch. But not nice how you seem to think it's ok.
The guy was talking about going through the vent the first time, to get to the guards boss, who is being held hostage. You go there, then go back and THAT is when you can't get up.
And gliding off that ledge doesn't work,. I tried multiple times.
I won't spend hours trying to do this tiny thing when I am already almost halfway through the DLC, the DLC isn't that good, and I expect to just find more bugs if I manage to pass it.
The way you constantly seem to think this quality is acceptable is now getting infuriating.
