How to change texture quality ?

I've been wandering through the graphical settings menu for quite some time, but I can't find any texture options.
I'm stuck with the lowest setting and I don't know where to search.
Am I missing something or is the only way to tune the quality is through config files ?

Texture detail pertains to the "geometry detail" setting I think. Either you have normal or DX11 Enhanced (if your gpu supports it) I think. There's no normal/high/very high that I know of.

It sounds like to me that your integrated GPU is being used to play this game instead of your dedicated GPU. What are your specs, & have you checked to see which GPU is running the game?

Only got one GPU, an ATI radeon HD 5800 (DX11 supported), so I guess it's the only one running the game.

I know this is an old problem but I JUST found out how to fix it and I didn't know if you had found it yet.

If that link won't work, the key seems to be the DetailMode= part of the BmEngine.INI file. DetailMode=2 being the highest.
