It's a teen who got his hands on some good gear, God knows how.
And nobody rational is really into anarchy. Anarchists know what they think they don't want, but they don't know what they do want, how to achieve it and keep.
So, in general, smashing the current things rather than building new is an idiot's attribute.

Yeah, I think one of Anarky's henchmen can even be overheard saying something like, "If this is so obvious, how come no one's ever thought of it before?" as he starts questioning his boss's utopian ideas. Still, given how greedy or nihilistic almost everyone else in Gotham seems to be (at least the villains -- normal people are mostly MIA in these games), it was a nice change of pace to run across someone who acts out of principle. Except for the whole trying to blow people up bit, of course ;) Kinda like how Mr. Freeze may do very bad things, but he's still somewhat sympathetic since he's acting out of love for his wife.

I guess if there's anyone with principles to admire in bleak Gotham, it would be boring old Jim Gordon with his belief in the law. (Batman kinda strikes me as a hypocrite in that regard)

Yeah, I actually like what Anarky has to say, he's got a point. But as was stated earlier, he doesn't propose any good alternative. "Let's bomb those a-holes!" If only he could be as smart as the Riddler...In fact, Enigma in this game has a more valid purpose - get rid of stupid people and increase intellectual level.

Islamic terrorists also act out of principle (they are fighting for religion!), except for the whole trying to blow people up bit, of course. ;)
I mean, if someone is AB, then he isn't purely A except for the B thing. In my opinion, all Anarky wants is havoc, using principles only to have an excuse and a way to make people follow him, all this without him even realizing he's a psychopat who wants to watch the world burn.

I really liked that they showed Jim Gordon be different for once. I felt like I was watching Batman Begins for the second time because of Gordon's doofyness, and this is a good thing.
But on the other side... I felt like I was watching Batman Begins for the second time because of Batman's cheesy disappearing in the middle of the conversation (damn three times or so), and this is a bad thing.
Also, I recommend you to see all of the BADMAN videos, and I'm dropping you this one, because it's in the topic. ;)
