Cant find DLC file
When I go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Batman Arkham Origins\SinglePlayer, The DLC file is missing. AND Yes I verified my cache and redownloaded twice

Make certain you're not looking in the Documents folder. Typically the directory looks like this: C: \ Program Files \ Steam \ SteamApps \ common \ Batman Arkham Origins \ SinglePlayer

Inside your SinglePlayer folder should be 4 folders:
Binaries
BmGame
DLC
Engine

If it's not in there you might have a hidden or invisible folder. Search your computer for "237619" and note it's location. 237619 is Initiation and is inside the DLC folder. If it's misplaced you might need to drag the DLC folder back into the SinglePlayer folder.
