Origins Season Pass showing suits but not Cold Heart or Initiation
just purchased the Batman Origins Season Pass. Steam says it is installed. I am able to see Gaslight and Brightest Day skins; however, Cold Cold Heart is not on my menu at all nor can I find the Initiation challenge maps. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Pass to no avail. I have went through the process with WB support and after going through some possible solution attempts that did not work, they said it was a Steam issue. I'm having issues finding any kind of way to contact Steam about this besides the community board. Anybody have any thoughts or a way to contact Steam? Thanks!

Thank you. My problem was I was being too specific and picking the game I had the problem with when I should have just picked Steam.

Same problem for me. I bought the season pass, but I cannot play Cold Cold Heart campaing. And the only skins I have are Brightes day too... Have you solved this?

Are you certain you own them and that they are enabled? You should see them listed right on the game's library page, make sure they are there and checked.

CCH will appear under the "story" section in the game menu.
Initiation challenge maps get integrated directly into challenge mode and will be made available if the content is installed and enabled.
If you see Initiate Bruce Wayne as a selectable Challenge Charecter, the DLC Is working.

Positive I own them. I already went through WB verifying my licenses to make sure I own the game and DLC. Everything is listed and checked. They said there was nothing they could do and that the issue was with Steam. I've deleted and redownloaded both game and DLC; I've also reformatted my PC, yet no results. I know of a few others with this problem and nobody has been able to help them either. I've sent 2 tickets to Steam regarding this, each a week apart, and it has been a week since the second, and I still have not heard anything. I plan on making a ticket a week until I get an answer. I'd be happy if they took off the season pass and just added Initiate and Cold Cold Heart seperately. I really don't care about the skins. Initiate Bruce Wayne is not a selectable character either. The only thing that made it through with this season pass are the 2 skins I mentioned previously.

Is exactly the same situation for me. The season pass appears as installed in the library, and it is enabled when I chequed AO propeties icon.
But I can not play CCH DLC because it not appears in the ingame main menu, and there is only two skins for play challenges...

same problem here, only season pass and 'new millenium skin pack' show as purchased DLC.
no option to play CCH in game and i also deleted and reinstalled the entire game.

the store page doesn't list CCH nor Initiation DLC as being purchased but it does say "If you own the Batman™: Arkham Origins Season Pass, DO NOT purchase this content here as you will be charged again"

I just submitted my 3rd ticket regarding this. I'm hoping they'll just get annoyed and answer my question. Do either of you care to disclose where you purchased the Season Pass from? I got mine from GamesRepublic during a sale. I'm curious to see if there is a gimped Season Pass out there, if that is possible.

GamesRepublic as well, the key should not have been accepted if it would not unlock all the included DLC.

opening more tickets isn't going to get you faster answers, it just unnecessarily floods an already overloaded support system.

Not saying that the slow response from them is okay, I've dealt with it too and it's annoying, but bothering the crap out of them isn't going to help. Just keep updating the existing ticket and make it clear to them that you're not happy with the slow response.

I'd like to know why WBIE support thinks it's a Steam issue too.

You're right, I'll hold off on the tickets. Here's the final response from WB after verifying with them that I own both game and DLC licenses, and verifying the game cache integrity:

"Unfortunately at this time, if the steps provided have not resolved your issue with getting the rest of the included Season Pass content, this would indicate an account problem with Steam. We recommend reaching out directly to Steam Support for further aid in getting your purchased content.

We apologize for any inconvenience, or disappointment this has caused."

I buyed in that place many games for Steam and Ori_gin, and never had troubles.
But if there is a problem with this season pass... can I delete it from library, and then buy it again, but this time from Steam directly :P ?
Or maybe buy DLC individually, because the bad experience with the Season Pass...
