Worst Nightmare after completing the main game...???

Once again I've completed the main game, but I'm stuck on Worst Nightmare 13. I've been trying for weeks to takedown 3 guys in one smoke pellet (with Black Mask done, so I have the longer smoke time). I'm pretty certain I've doen it many times, latest on top of GCPD; three guys, one smoke pellet, silent takedowns all, still smoke when I'd finished. But no acknowledgement.

It's additionally frustrating, since it means I still have to complete the exploding barrel and the two guys off a walkway. These last two I thought should have been done whilst in the bridge (can they still be done now?).

Never managed to complete Shadow Vigilante either, never quite manage to get the last rank done! I was hoping to just fluke it, like sometimes happens! But so far to no avail

I finally managed the the three guys in one smoke pellet at the Steel Mill, in free roam (Still couldn't get it on the Final Offer Deck!).

So you reckon the propane tank can't be done in free roam? I have to go a fair wa into NG+ to get to the places you mentioned.

Why didn't it pop for you at Final Offer? That's usually one of the best free roam locations.

There are no free roam propane tanks, so Rank 14: Three in a Single Blow is predator room only.

I've had a number of apparent glitches with getting the ranks done, some come up first time, no prob, but some seem to take many attempts, with some happening over more than one encounter.

Bummer about the propane tanks (it's what I thought).
