Start with all of the usual stuff:
What are your system specs? Do you meet/exceed the requirements?
Is your OS, all drivers and redistributables up to date?
Is the system and any other firmware up to date?
Any other open running programs?
Any error messages?
What settings are you using? have you tried changing them?
Have you done a game cache integrity check?
removed/reinstalled?
Installed on another PC?

Dude, if the Verify doesn't work then we go on to that stuff. Please stop posting the same thing again and again. And please stop getting after people about them not asking their question the way they should.

Coming from the guy who posts NOTHING but a link about game cache verify this is hilariously hypocritical.

In case you haven't figured it out yet, I post this constantly because THIS IS THE BASICS. it's Troubleshooting 101. Hence why I call it "the usual stuff". Game cache verification is a good step, but if something like the min requirements aren't being met then you can verify till you're blue in the face, it's not going to do you a whip of good.

And please stop getting after people about them not asking their question the way they should.

No idea what are you trying to refer to here, but that said, a clear question/problem statement is the absolute first step in solving any issue. If you don't know that by now then you probably have no business trying to do any sort of troubleshooting in the first place.

I mean, how in the hell do you expect to fix a problem if you don't even understand what the problem is?!?

Your system does slightly meet the min requirements, so you should expect decent performance at low to medium settings.

Look in the Windows Event log for an application event error. That should tell us more about why the game is faling to launch.

No. This is not entirely uncommon, MP and SP are technically separate games, and many people are able to run one while the other does not. This usually ends up coming down to game configuration differences.

Again, look in the Windows event log for an Application Event Error. That will tell us more about the problem.

Are you trying to launch te game executable directly or via steam?
either way, Steam isn't liking the compatibility mode change (which really isn't necessary)

Can you show the entire thing? there should be more this sort of think I think. Doesi t perhaps go on to say something about GFSDK_PSM.win32.dll ? (which is a Geforce Experience file, used for auto settings)

This sort of message usually means that a DLL file is damaged or is an out of date version which doesn't support the function being requested.

Try removing/reinstalling the latest graphics drivers that support that card. The latest should be 355.98. If the behaviour still occurs with taht driver, completely remove them and try the next most recent 355.82 instead.

You may also want to delete the bmengine.ini file to set the game back to defaults too.

I have the same problem. I played the game today, and worked fine. But then i ran into bug in Alibi room, and screen went full dark. I tried restarting my PC and since i restarted it i can't play SP, but MP yes. I try to start SP over steam, but nothing happens! Any advice?

Yes, don't threadjack. Make your own thread, post the error message and we'll see what we can do.
