both joker & batman look badass in this game. the character designs in origins are top notch - bane, copperhead, deathstroke etc . this game has the best version of the joker design wise and character wise , he’s actually intimidating, unpredictable, and completely unhinged.

Yeah, I think the way Batman looks in this is better than the others. His suit is definitely armored, but in a way that makes it clear that he's the main threat. However, seeing him in the suit at the beginning of the game doesn't make me hum the Batman theme the way that Arkham City does.

is there anyway to get the clean suit from the beginning ogf the game or are you stuck with that busted ass version of the suit at the end afte ryou beat the game

Just re-reading the "Long Halloween" comics - and I am actually baffeled how much that suit gives exactly the same vibes (long ears and all) as the Asylum/City suit does. So you want to tell us "Long Halloween" is not lore accurate? LOL

I agree. There’s nothing lord accurate about it, but it’s an awesome suit. My personal favorite.

it’s the batman TAS suit. it’s arguably the most popular iteration of batman beyond the dark knight .

& yeah i know city has the literal suit as a skin but that doesn’t count

I highly disagree. Just because it’s TAS suit doesn’t mean it’s the main suit, in fact, I never heard anyone even talk about that literation of the suit. I’m sorry, but Batman Arkham Asylum is technically the lore accurate suit and the suit we all think of when we think of Batman.

Sorry guys, this is a really strange discussion. Basically ANY DLC suit in ANY of the Arkham games is a reflection of something that is based on Comics, Films, TV series, etc. Any of those are legit Batman. Any of those are "lore accurate". If you want to narrow it down to comics: New 52, Inc., Iconic are just some variants of the last years. ANY of those is "lore accurate" as well. As is Noel or Gaslight or Red Son or Brighterst Day or whatever other a bit more exotic comic suits there are - especiall in Origins.
Actually I am very gratefull for this wide variety of all that stuff in all the games - because if there is a skin worth having in an Arkham game, then there must be "lore" behind it. "Lore" worth exploring. Which I did and still do.
So get rid of your blinders - especially those who think Origins is the only true and legit Batman around - and explore all that rich lore and history. If not, it's you you're hurting the most, because you're missing out... :)

Of course everything is technically lore accurate, but this is more of a argument of what is the face of Batman at this point.
