Stutter and freeze when saving

So I am having a pretty annoying issue with this game. Whenever the game autosaves, it can be related to anything like autosave when entering a new district, when finishing a fight and xp tally up, when collecting a datapack, when completing a dark knight challenge, the game stutters and freezes for a second or two which becomes really frustrating. I am running on a gtx 1070, i7 7700 and 32 GB Ram. Also, i tried lowering down the settings and it still freezes up so I am pretty sure its not a performance issue. As the game autosaves a lot of the time, it becomes a chore to play. The previous games did not have a problem with this. If there is any solution which has helped you all please let me know. Thanks in advance :)

Hello,

i am pretty sure I was never able to fix this problem and completed the game with this issue. Its been 4 years since I completed the game so its hard to recall.
But, I would surely have written a solution for this if I would have found one while I was playing the game so that other people playing this game would not encounter this. So, I guess I couldn't find the solution.
