Please Help Me Change Skins From The Start

I found a youtube video with instrucitons, you press F10 in the game and a command console drops down, you type in said line of text with the code for the suit you want and boom. Well with the game on Steam, you press F10 and nothing happens. I cannot get into a Command Console to type codes in game. Someone please help us all change skins I have all DLCs and just started the game all other Arkham Games have a way, and this dude from youtube did it, HOW DO WE DO IT WITH STEAM???

i dont think you can. there is also a coe that is supposed to work via xbox controller, downdown upup that kinda thing. when done correctly you do hear the confirmation sound, but the option to change is never presented as it should.
just blast through the main campagn and go straight to ng+. then youll have alll the costumes.
it only takes a few hours if you focus on main campaign.

Yeah I heard that too, the sme code from City makes the sound, but no unlock... I am doing just that as well... first go round moving as quick as I can, these stupid side missions attempt to distract you non stop. Not to mention you cant move 5 ft in any direction without getting a Crime in progress, so im just ignoring them and taking the highroad from mission to mission, I figured I will swing back thru for the extra stuff and riddlers when i have to and have more gadgets.. I have the Cold DLC, does that ad additional percent above %100, or I should say additional to the %100 of storyline like the DLCs for Arkham Knight?

I know what you mean, and it works. But first, you need to own those skins from the Skins Pack DLCs or Season Pass on Steam and have them installed to use them using the console command before you complete the game for the first time (but after that the console is not necessary because you can switch costumes in the Batcave during NG+), and second, the console won't appear if you haven't copied the two INI files that make the console command available. Those two files are "BmInput.ini" and "CMD-BMGAME.ini" and need to be copied in "...\Batman Arkham Origins\SinglePlayer\DLC\257070\". After that, the [F10] key will open the console command.

Go back to that instruction video, it must tell where to find and download those two INI files. Then do what I told you, and during the game open the console with [F10], enter the command with the costume you want, for example:

loadpc playable_batman_darkknight

and without pressing [ENTER] close the console with [F10], then let Batman die or kill him with the [-] key. During the sequence with the villain, open the console again, press [ENTER] to execute the command you previously typed and close the console. Once you have control over Batman again, he will wear the costume you chose.

I ended up just rushing thru the story once and started new game plus with all my skins etc... and without the counter prompts, this game is super difficult even at the beginning, plus not haveing all your gadgets until getting past those parts of the story again, that is crappy, Im used to Arkham Knight now, its at %240 got my Gold Prestige Batsuit there, and nothing to do but all my Challenges from all the DLCs lol

I didn't want to upload them myself because I had it since 2 years ago and I can't remember the source, and more importantly, the original author. But it seems this is hard to find, so here it is. I uploaded it to my MediaFire account, plus some extras I made for myself 2 years ago as a reminder (screenshots, and instructions in Spanish). • The INI files are simple and safe to use that do one thing each:
CMD-BMGAME.ini: Enables de console command.
BmInput.ini: Assign to the [-] key the function to kill Batman.

• You can only use the skins you own and are currently installed from Steam. Skins from the Base Game are already installed and ready to be used (including the "One Million" skin).

• The command is loadpc playable_batman_* and replace "*" with any of the following names, depending of what you own:
