[minor side quest SPOILERS] Stuck after the Bird Mission

Just finished the main story, wanted to finish all the side quests/Riddler stuff and got stuck in the black. I already encountered something similar (and more popular) before when entering the room next to the casino. Solved it by doing the intensive training with batman got back into the story, hit restart from last checkpoint and it was fixed.
This time I went into the room behind the one with Bird and got stuck in Blackness. Going back out didn't change much (still got both riddler trophys tho). However after reloading I was stuck in the MyAlibi room like this:

I can only move forward (press W). Checking on the map shows I'm not moving at all. Even tried plugging in a controller. Nothing changed. (Reloading/Restarting/etc. did nothing for me)

Now there is a known "MyAlibi" Glitch (which works like the one I got before) but none of the fixes work for me (tried the one I just mentioned even with Deathstroke and the BMInput.ini edit with the F1 fix) Can't try the character swap mod fix because I don't have any mods and couldn't figure out yet how to get the console out in the regular game.

My question is: does anyone know how to enable the console without the use of the dlcs?

Or is there some sort of fix for this?

I mean it's not too bad because I wanted to go for NG+ anyway but honestly this sucks!

First, try deleting BmEngine.ini and start the game. A new file will be created:
Steam \ SteamApps \ common \ Batman Arkham Origins \ SinglePlayer \ BMGame \ Config \ BmEngine.ini
Use your challenge map method to return to the game.

Second, if that doesn't work, you'll need to disable DX11 by editing the BmEngine.ini. Disabling DX11 will prevent the glitch from occurring:
1. Find file BmEngine.ini in your Batman Arkham Origins folder: Steam \ SteamApps \ common \ Batman Arkham Origins \ SinglePlayer \ BMGame \ Config \ BmEngine.ini
2. Open file "BmEngine" with Notepad
3. Locate "AllowD3D10=False" and change False to True
4. Locate "AllowD3D11=True" and change True to False
5. Save file and restart computer
6. Use your challenge map method to return to the game.

Third, I would normally suggest the F1 Teleport but you said you tried it unsuccessfully. If you edited your BmInput.ini properly and pressing "fn" and F1 simultaneously failed, then your "fn" key is locked. Look on the internet for unlock procedure for your make and model of computer to free up your "fn" key and retry the F1 Teleport. Google the following:
why is my fn key locked
why is my fn key not working
why is my fn key stuck on

Fourth, if all that fails add me and I'll extract you. We'll trade email addresses via Steam chat, send me your save and I'll get you out of there and return the save to you. Check my profile; I do this all the time. But first try the above methods.

Tried all of that even removed the startupline -nostartupmovies although this shouldn't have any impact anyways. Nothing worked so far.
Sadly it's not connected to my fn key as far as I can tell. It works fine in every other game, besides it's only a keyboard (got a PC, not a laptop). Kinda weird.
