Batman Arkham Origins CMD Console Commands / Tutorial

**Note:** This guide is based on the Steam version of the game. Other versions may differ and could result in crashes. Please research compatibility if not using Steam.

Installation Instructions:

1. Extract the downloaded files using "WinRAR" or "7-Zip".

2. Copy **BMINPUT.INI** and **CMD-BMGAME.INI**.
- Leave the TXT file untouched.

3. Navigate to your game’s folder:
`C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Batman Arkham Origins\SinglePlayer\DLC`

4. Within the DLC folder, you should see numbered folders (e.g., "237620", "237621", "250960").
- You may have more folders depending on your DLC purchases.

5. You only need to select **one** numbered folder for the files you copied.
- I personally used folder "237621", but feel free to choose any.

6. Paste **BMINPUT** and **CMD-BMGAME** into the selected DLC folder.
- Do not copy them into every DLC folder; just once is enough.

### Launching the Game:

1. Start your game.
- It's best to load your saved game before typing any commands to avoid crashes at the main menu.

2. To open the command console, press **F10**.

3. You can now copy and paste the console commands listed below.

Change Characters Mid-Game:
PS: In order to do change the character you have to do it on a death screen otherwise it will crash, so you need to kill yourself and then when it shows the death screen, so add this line to your bminput.ini file:

.Bindings=(Name="Subtract", Command="Suicide")

So now you press the subtract button on your numpad to kill yourself

AWebOfShadowsFan, mine are in the 257070 folder. You might not be able to run the console for reasons similar to those that can't perform the F1 Teleport repair; your computer might not be able to accept new keybinds. Test this by attempting the F1 Teleport on a finished game save, not on a game currently in progress:

for some reason, all ingame text, menus, challenge descriptions etc all appear as things like ?int?GFXUI.Challenge.C16_Title? now I have this installed. Any suggested fix for this please?

i can confirm from my try that you need to own atleast one dlc and put the cmd console in that area other wise you can ikiss that console goodbye
