How do I clean my suit?

I noticed as the campaign progresses Batmans suit starts to get more scratched and dented up, is it possible to fix this or is it inevitable?

Yes, it gets worse and worse and doesn't have a way to fix it, not without modding, or selecting a different one in NG+. {edited: see suggestions below}

Not on the first playtrough, on ng+ you can select skins and there's 2 clean suits to choose, the default one and one that us the same but of a darker shade of grey

Some things have really changed since I last played this, I guess. Always wished for these kinds of options when the game was new. :-)

I like Arkham Knight's skin selection system better than that of City or Origins. In Origins the alternate skins are available either post-game or NG+. In Knight you can select alternate skins before playing, they take no damage during playthrough, and remembers that skin if you quit.

What I don't like about the AK system is that you still have to earn the unscathed Pristine skin each time you start a new game. That's one thing I liked about Origins: after you unlocked the Dark Knight and Injustice skins the first time, you got to keep them.

You mentioned you use a mod in Origins...there's a mod fo AK that unlocks all Batsuits(including the 240 Gold Emblem)....so you can use the "pristine' any time in standard game play.

You should also remember that the game is supposed to be taking place in one night. Batman doesn't have time to waste flying back to the batcave to clean and fix his suit. There's a load of assassins out there waiting to take him out!

Haha, whatever... 50 hours of punching bad guys and running through hotel corridors, he's got time to change his costume. ;-)

Well now that you mention it, he does seem to have time to chat with Alfred (and why isn't Alfred getting a spare suit ready, instead of just standing around complaining!)
