Enigma HQ...

Still can't access the door on the left.

I've hoovered up all the datapack icons on the map including those indicated by the Enigma snitches, so shouldn't be any more available but apparently there are.

Also destroyed the entire network of cameras so the only things left on the map at all are all the final confrontations with Shiva, Deadshot, etc plus some hit and run outside of GCPD.

What have I missed?

Don't always go by the exterior map, just in case you skipped an informant. Click on a building location and search those interior maps. From the Most Wanted menu click on Enigma and filter through each district's individual Extortion File DataPack. There's 10 DataPacks per each Extortion File, so there's probably one you missed.

From the Burnley submenu, did you collect the DataPack on the sewer wall inside Enigma's HQ? Did you collect the DataPack in Bane's Park Row hideout next to his tape and 2 items?

In my game, the final riddler informant appears after the main mission on the gotham bridge... so have you done the main mission?

Also, like JonoAMano said, riddler packs are also inside main buildings which don't show on the map unless you search the interior maps, like the GCPD, Steel Mill, Bank, Church, Lucky Pride boat where you fought Deathstroke, Solomon Courthouse, Banes Hideout, the big Hotel where you meet Joker, Lacey Towers, the Alibi Club, Enigma's HQ, Sewers and inside the Gotham Bridge where you go to meet Fireffly.

Aye, finished the campaign so I'll take a closer look at the interior maps - it's almost certainly that...

Down to last two I think so will have this sorted at some point over the weekend.
