Are bugged riddler trophies (still) a thing?

I have found very old threads about trophies that people had picked up but the game didn't register and I'm having the same problem. I see the riddle with the green buttons solved and no torphy in sight because I already took it, but the game still shows it in the map.

So my question is, since all I can find is from 2013, was this ever supposedly patched?

If this is in Park Row then you haven't read enough threads. Players don't realize that trophy they seek is underground. Here's one:

Thank you. That one is indeed one of the ones I had noticed but not the only one.

I will continue playing and see if I was wrong about the others as well. I was kinda discouraged when I thought I couldn't get all of them but I'm not so far from that so I'll continue.

You're welcome. If you come across another iffy one, give the district and building location if possible to narrow the search. The Park Row DataPack just jumped to mind because that one was almost clever trolling on the developer's part. :-)
