DirectX11 is a known problem in Arkham Origins. Unfortunately, there isn’t much we can do except using DirectX10.
Tbf I run Radeon, not Nvidia, so maybe disable anything PhysX-related.
Interesting that the card you said could run it without issue is an RX 560X - which is Radeon.
I also mentioned that GTX 1050ti which is NVidia card, could run it without problems on DirectX11.
In fact, all Arkham game is better optimized on NVidia card, rather AMD. Some people are just lucky. I happy to be very unlucky person who should be able to run Arkham Knight 1080p 30 FPS Low-medium setting, but I can’t even keep a stable 30 in 720p, but yet I can run other game just fine.
That said, Arkham Knight can be a tricky one to run right. You're running Windows 10 according to your profile; the Arkham Knight devs recommend 12GB ram for those running Win 10, not 8 GB (though 8 is what the store page says), so that could be part of your problem. They also recommend an SSD, not a HDD, though this isn't as much of an issue as the ram amount in my experience (provided the HDD is 7200 rpm or higher).
